Our Story

SoftPaware was founded by kennel owners who knew firsthand how hard it was to manage a pet boarding facility without the right tools. After spending years juggling spreadsheets, paper forms, and phone tag with pet parents, we decided to build the software we always wished existed.

Today, SoftPaware serves thousands of kennels, dog daycares, and grooming facilities across the United States. Our platform is purpose-built for the pet care industry — not a generic business tool retrofitted to work for kennels.
